Judge must have indicated Tobacco Class on citation.
First time offenders ONLY.
If this isn't your first offense, according to Montana law, you are required to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation and we do NOT offer that service. Please reach out to

Dynamic Recovery.
Class information:
- Participation: In person class (No parent participation required)
- When:
3:30-4:30 pm (1 hour class)
Second Wednesday of every ODD numbered month (January, March, May, July, September & November) - Where: Alliance for Youth 3220 11th Ave. S., Great Falls, MT (enter through orange Youth Resource Center door)
- Cost: $50 course fee. No refunds.
